Create the right foundation
Use a day cream as the basis for your make-up. It could even contain discreet colour pigments. When choosing a foundation, make sure it is oil-free. Otherwise, in the worst case, the pigments in your foundation could mix with the sebum, making your complexion look blotchy.
Tailor your make-up to your skin type
Oil-free make-up developed for blemished or shiny skin is best for combination skin. It will absorb any excess sebum and even small beads of sweat. To help your make-up hold more effectively, you can apply an oil-free gel underneath or on top of your foundation.
Set and matt
To help your make-up last longer, you can set it with powder. A pressed powder reduces the shine and has a matt effect. You can best conceal small blemishes with a mineral powder.
